1 packet Tropical Paradise Dip & Dessert Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
5 maraschino cherries, chopped
1/3 cup slivered almonds (for garnish)
Instructions
Combine cream cheese with Tropical Paradise Dip & Dessert Mix; mix until well blended adding chopped cherries. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more. Form into a log and garnish with slivered almonds. Dress it up for a holiday theme with fresh parsley and serve with crackers.
